Make sure to always check the pizza before leaving. We were given a different flavor instead of Creamy Spinach. We were soooo disappointed as location is 30mins away from us and won’t be able to return it.

This brand’s pizza has always been consistent. However, in this particular establishment, the staff are awfully rude. The cashier who was supposedly taking my order was on her phone texting for a good 10-15 seconds before bringing her attention to me. After that, she only noticed the car that was parked out in front. The driver was aware that he had to park at the back, but the driveway was heavily congested, which is why he could not move for quite a while. As I explained to the cashier the situation, she insisted in a condescending manner that she will not take my order, which was enraging on my part. PS. There was another customer who had a tricycle parked in front. But the difference is, she took their order and then only gave them a reminder to park their vehicle at the back. I would like to raise to the management and higher ups to please do train your staff to be professional and fair to all patrons. They simply cannot act all high and mighty and choose to pick on customers and ruin a person’s afternoon like that. Do better, Angel’s Pizza Dagupan.

The cashier who took my order don't know how to respect thinking that i'm just a student. He don't even say ma'am or miss. But when the another customer arrives, he act so nice, assist the order and also saying "ma'am". He also didn't provide me a receipt and hindi kinuha name ko for the order so ang ending when the food is ready the other staff just shouted my order. ++ The guy who took my order keeps eyeing on me. I also observed kung paano niya utusan yung delivery man nila na sinabihan lang ng 'hoy'.

Yes, the pizza is great and everything, but what's the point of having a good pizza but bad customer service? The staff was rude and not approachable. They are not client based and didn't have cuortesy. Clearly, they have to work on their customer service. We will never buy pizza from them anymore. It's a good pizza but terrible service! Do better Angel's Pizza!

Very rude staff especially the cashier. The attitude of how she served her customer, not even listening well when we were ordering. Give us the wrong size of pizza. We ask to check our pizza, just passed it to others. And if it weren't for the other staff who told us what he thought was our order. the cashier made a mistake and she did not even realized it. I don't have problems with people making a mistake but how they react made made the difference. And the attitude of what she showed us. I never encounter such services. The food was good but i don't think i wanna buy pizza from here anymore. Thought it would be a good experience since it was introduce by my cousin. But no.

The cashiers were very rude when entertaining questions. The food is good, but the attitude shown by your cashiers were very unprofessional. Their tones when answering our queries were very rude and sarcastic which put us in a such a foul mood while waiting for our orders. It is such a disappointment because we love Angel's Pizza. And another thing was, we tried to call to place our orders earlier and to just pick it up later, but none of their numbers could be reached. We tried calling multiple times, and during the times they picked our calls up, we weren't able to communicate properly. First time they answer, they said the call was choppy, ended the call. The next time we called, they were once again unavailable. And the second time they picked up, it seemed as though they just picked the phone up because nobody from their end was talking. We tried calling about 30 times, but we still ended up walking in to place our orders, hence, encountering your rude cashiers. No matter how tired you are from working, it is no reason to act rudely especially in front of your customers.

Pizza will always be good at Angel’s, no doubt. However there are a few negative matters that needs to be addressed in relation to dining in. First, the waiting time. We only ordered a medium sized pizza and one solo serving of mac n cheese but it took 30 mins to serve 🥲. Second, staff was not attentive in taking orders, even forgot to hand out our receipt and lastly, their tables are unstable which caused a downgrade to our dine-in experience. Hope these could be improved 😊 looking forward to a better experience next time we eat out here!

If I could give a negative rating I would give it to the cashier who has given us an unacceptable attitude as well as your crew. Napaka attitude di naman maganda.
